The 6th Annual Winter Showcase replaces children and teen classes, allowing students
an opportunity to share their dance abilities.

The Professional Company performs Carnival of the Animals at the Howard County Center for the Arts.

Saturday, February 25, 2012, 12:30 and 3:00 pm
The Professional Company performs Carnival of the Animals with the Columbia Orchestra at the Rouse Theatre.

Sunday, March 11, 2012, 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm
The Professional Company performs Gawain & The Green Knight at the Howard County Center for the Arts.

Sunday, April 15, 2012, 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm
The Student, Junior and Senior Companies perform Spectrum!, their annual Spring concert at the Howard County Center for the Arts.

Sunday, April 29, 4:00 p.m.
The Professional Company performs Fashion and Dance Through the Ages as its Spring concert at Slayton House at the Wilde Lake Village Center in Columbia.

Sunday, June 3, 2012, 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm
Kinetics Dance Theatre’s 2012 end-of-the-year Spring Showcase at the Jim Rouse Theatre at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia. All classes perform!

School Calendar Dates
Kinetics’ Classes Begin on Tuesday, Sept. 6. (For classes offered through Howard County Parks and Recreation, please see information on their website or call (410) 313-PARK.)

Thanksgiving Holiday
The studio will be closed from Thursday, November 24 through Sunday, November 27, 2011 for Thanksgiving Break. All evening classes on Wednesday, November 23 are also canceled. Morning classes will be held as scheduled. Classes will resume on Monday, November 29, 2011.

Winter Break/Holiday Closing
The studio will be closed from Friday, December 23, 2011 – Sunday, January 1, 2012 for Winter Break. All classes will resume on Monday, January 2, 2012.

Spring Break
The studio will be closed from Monday, April 2, 2012 through Sunday, April 8, 2012. Classes will resume as scheduled on Monday, April 9, 2012.

Memorial Day
The studio will be closed on Monday, May 28, 2012 in observance of Memorial Day.

Summer Vacation
Our last week of classes will be May 21-26, 2012. (Look for our Summer Schedule for classes and camps!)

Spring Showcase Dates
Technical Rehearsal, Dress Rehearsals, Pictures, and Performances

Technical rehearsal for the end-of-the-year Spring Showcase will be on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the Jim Rouse Theatre. Scheduled time is from 4:30-10:00.

The photo sessions and dress rehearsals will be held at Kinetics on Thursday, May 31, 2012 and Friday, June 1, 2012.

Our end-of-the-year Spring Showcase will be held at the Jim Rouse Performing Arts Center at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia on Sunday, June 3. There are two shows – 1pm and 5pm.
